Our health walks have proven to be succesful with them allowing participants to increase their physical fitness, improve their mental health & wellbeing as well as supporting weight loss goals. In addition they provide a great opportunity for participants to socialise.
Our health walks normally take place every Wednesday. We ask 1st time walkers to arrive 15 minutes early so they can be registered.
